【Wolfberry Longan Porridge】

Ingredients:

Red Wolfberry (Red Gogi) - 15g

Red Dates - 6 to 8 pieces

Black Glutenous Rice - 1/2 cup

Longan - 20g

Barley - 15g

Water - 2 cups

 

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and leave aside the dry ingredients
  2. Soak black glutenous rice for 1 to 2 hours
  3. Mix all ingredients with water and cook. Season at your own preference                        For Ta Tung rice cooker users,
  1. Pour a glass of water in the outer pot
  2. After 1/2 hour, pour another glass of water and wait until all water evaporates

 

Multi-grain Wolfberry Rice】

Ingredients:

Red Wolfberry (Red Gogi) - 15g

Multi-grain Rice - 1 cup

Water - 3 cups (Datong electric pot is put 1.5 cups of water), Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon

Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon

Corn/Carrot/Sugar/Salt/Pepper - appropriate amount

 

Instructions:
